My terms of use ( TOU) are very simple.

My PU items can not be used in any commercial project, not be shared with anyone ( please send the people here to download).

My CU items can be used in any commercial project as long as you don't sell the CU Items themselves. You cannot sell the stuff from my Cu items as Cu items, only as PU.

My CU4CU items can be sold as CU items as long as you add something to them, and not make any element packs or scrapkits using only my stuff....

This goes for all the categories :
You MAY NOT use any of my items to make scripts, actions, brushes, styles or patterns....
